What is your shipping policy?

FREE Shipping on all US orders because we love you so good. Shipping can take up to 5 business days but usually arrives faster…sometimes. Also we love you.

What is your Return Policy?

We hope you love your purchase as much as we love you. If for any reason you want to return an item please email anaavasales@gmail.com with in 3 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the item name and reason for return. You are responsible to send back item. When we receive your item will send out refund.

How do I take care of my Shoe Clips?

Pom Pom clips are delicate and should be handled with care. When clipping onto a shoe, pull from the bottom, near the clasp. To ensure a long lasting product, do not pull the Pom Pom.
